Sonoma County Rosé

Individual lots of Pinot Noir were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at cold temperatures. Minimal skin contact allows for slight color extraction giving this wine its light pink color. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to retain its bright flavors and crisp acidity.
