Blanc De Noirs Sparkling

Grapes for this wine were selected from the Benoist Ranch, a premium, cool climate vineyard from which we’ve sourced fruit for over a decade. Tucked away in the far northwest corner of Carneros, the vineyard’s topography is ideally suited for concentrated pinot noir and chardonnay with good acid retention, with its cool, maritime-influenced climate and rocky, volcanic soils.
